ALL orders over $75.00 have FREE Shipping within the continental 48 United States EXCEPT for products that require Motor Freight shipments.
If you are outside of the continental 48 U.S. States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada) please check out as you normally would. If you do not receive a shipping cost during checkout, we will process a shipping quote for you once your order is processed. We will email the shipping quote to you and wait for you to confirm the shipping cost before finalizing and shipping your order. Your credit card WILL NOT be charged until you have agreed to the actual shipping cost which will then be added to your product cost.
Items typically weighing 130 lbs or more will ship via Motor Freight. Multiple smaller items may also ship via motor freight if that is the most cost effective method.
Motor Freight requires a signature for delivery, and most times, the freight company will call in advance to schedule a time to deliver. Dates given on Freight Carrier's tracking web site are an estimated delivery date, not a guarantee of the date of delivery. A specific delivery date will be set up when they contact you. Deliveries are scheduled during M-F, holidays excluded.
Motor Freight delivery is delivered "curbside" which is only to the front of the building. This does not include bringing items into the residence or up to an apartment in a multiple floor building, or up stairs if the front door of the building is up multiple steps. In some cases you will be asked to assist in getting items off the truck. If you are unable to help with lifting heavy items, make sure you have someone available to help at the time of delivery. If you have questions about delivery of your items, please contact us before ordering. Some carriers offer inside delivery or lift-gate assistance for an extra fee. This fee is the customers responsibility and will be added to your order total. There is also the option of terminal pick-up if that is more convenient. Please note: Most motor carriers require that you take delivery of the order within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it arrives at their local terminal. Holding deliveries beyond 48 hours may result in the carrier charging you for storage. These charges are set by the carrier and are assessed at their discretion. These charges if assessed will be the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items MUST have a Return Authorization Number written on the package, items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at time of delivery.
Customer MUST pay the return fright on all product returned
ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
NOreturns or refunds on custom made and developed products (like Lloyd Mats, Specialty Design Bug Shields, Camo Products).
Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee.
You must file a claim with the SHIPPER, not with us, if your product was damaged in shipping. You may call us to obtain the appropriate phone numbers.
Also, if your part was lost by the shipper, you must file a claim with them. If the shipper pays the claim, we will then ship a replacement part. If the shipper denies the claim, DLANYA.com will NOT pay to replace the part.
If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim with the manufacturer directly, in order to get the product replaced. You may email us to obtain a phone number for the manufacturer.
All returns must be in their original boxes, or we cannot accept the return under any circumstances.
All returned items MUST have a RGA number written on the package, items returned without a RGA number will be refused at time of delivery.

If there is damage we will have the option to replace parts if it is just minor damage, or send an entire new order if there is severe damage. You are also entitled to a full refund if you do not wish to receive a replacement order.
Before accepting and signing for the item from the delivering carrier, please INSPECT THE BOX for any apparant damage. You have a right to refuse the shipment and/or sign for the product with a note that the product was received damaged. Whenever there is damage you are not responsible for any additional shipping on your order. We will take care of shipping costs for the replacement shipment. However, if the manufacturer requests that the item be returned, we do ask that you assist in getting the item back to the manufacturer. If we do not receive the damaged item back to the warehouse, we will have to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
Orders may be cancelled at any time without penalty prior to shipment. Shipment in this case means the day the item leaves the manufacturer, not the day that you're notified it has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges, which include roundtrip shipping and any fees the shipper charges to reroute the shipment.
In order to avoid excessive cost, any order that contains an item that is on back order may be shipped complete once the back order item is available. You will not be charged for the cost of your order until your order is shipped.
We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct at any time. However, typographical errors, prices or specifications can be subject to change and will be corrected without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order, we will exchange any UNUSEDresalable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, difference could be subject to a return fee. If return is due to an error on the part of DLANYA.com, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue 1 (one) call tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the part is ready for pickup. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange shipping back to us, and at NO time will a second call tag be issued. On all returns, the customer is required to ship the part back in the original box. If you don't have the box, we cannot accept any returns for ANY reason. DO NOT THROW YOUR BOXES AWAY UNTIL AFTER YOU VERIFY THAT YOUR PARTS FIT!If the item was shipped "Free" (i.e.; the item was part of a Free Shipping promotion), the original cost to ship that item will be deducted from the credit.
On all returns in which DLANYA.com is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer. All returns without exchange are subject to a return fee, not to exceed 10% of the purchase price of the item returned, also with no return of freight charges. If the item was shipped "Free" (ie. the item was part of a Free Shipping promotion), the original cost to ship that item will be deducted from the credit. Any order cancelled is subject to the same return fee. In addition: NO returns or refunds on installed or used merchandise.
